The 2015 Nissan Rogue may be the smallest 7 passenger or the biggest of the compact crossovers, it all depends on you. Come see this stylish and efficient family vehicle at Benton Nissan in Oxford, AL, just a little ways up the road from Anniston.
Toyota has a popular compact crossover in the 2015 RAV4, but it just doesn’t offer the same passenger space or fuel economy as the Nissan.
With the price of gas being what it is, every extra mile you can get out of a gallon is appreciated. The Nissan Rogue will go 26 miles on a gallon in city driving, 2 better than the RAV4, according to EPA estimates. On the highway, the Rogue still comes out 2 mpg ahead, with 33 compared to the 31 that the RAV4 gets. These numbers are for front wheel drive versions, all-wheel drive numbers are slightly lower.
Though these crossovers are roughly the same size, inside and out, only Nissan manages to fit a 3rd row seat in theirs. Choose the optional 3rd row and you will have the ability to take all the kids in the carpool and still get good mileage. Plus you have the ease of parking you just can’t get in larger crossovers.
In 2 row configuration the Rogue has an extra 4 cubic feet of passenger room, and an extra cubic foot of cargo space behind the seats, compared to the Toyota. If you do go for the 3rd row, you lose cargo space, but you can easily fold away the seat and get it back instantly. Nissan puts the extra space to use with better leg room in the 1st and 2nd rows that Toyota offers, and more than 3” of extra hip room across the 2nd row seat.
For a compact crossover with room for the whole family, the obvious choice is the 2015 Nissan Rogue. Come take one for a test drive at Benton Nissan of Oxford, AL, serving Anniston and the surrounding area.View Inventory
